This was an action by the beneficiaries named in a certificate issued to Merrill W. Brown, under a group policy of insurance executed and delivered by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company to the Southwestern Greyhound Lines, Inc., for the benefit of its employees, against the insurance company to recover permanent disability benefits. The cause was tried by a jury which returned a general verdict for the defendant, together with answers to special questions, and judgment was rendered accordingly.
