GIVAN, Chief Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of rape while armed with a deadly weapon and confinement. He was sentenced to a thirty (80) year term and a ten (10) year term of imprisonment for the respective offenses. The sentences were ordered to be served consecutively.

The record reveals the victim, S.B., testified she had been introduced to the appellant by her brother who had previously lived with her.
