MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.
On February 8, 1991 David P. Mi-chaels, trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Skil-Aire Corp. (“the trustee”), filed a complaint commencing this adversary proceeding to avoid fraudulent transfers under section 544(b) of title 11, United States Code (“Bankruptcy Code” or “Code”). Defendants H. John Kazmar (“Kazmar”) and John E. Sheehan (“Sheehan”) filed answers denying liability, and Kazmar demanded a jury trial.
