[¶1] Steven Nelson, individually and for the benefit of J&S Nelson Farms, LLP, appealed from a judgment determining the value of his interest in the Nelson Farms partnership and an order denying his post-judgment motions. Steven Nelson argues the district court erred by ordering various sanctions and determining the value of the partnership.
