This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered against Yoshie Miyasato Hokama, individually, and as eusto dian for her children Wayson K. Hokama. Charlotte Y. Hokama and Bruce Y. Hokama. In an action in contract, the trial court found that the officers of Refine Corporation, Steven T. Nakano and Helen N. Shimamura (appellees), could not be held personally liable on a contract they had executed.

We reverse. The trial court erred in the granting of summary judgment as to appellees. Nakano and Shimamura. The two issues raised by this appeal are:
