OPINION ON REMAND
This case was remanded for an apportionment of liability between the United States Army Corps of Engineers (“Corps” or “United States”) and the M/S SOUTH-WIND (“SOUTHWIND”) for a collision between the SOUTHWIND and the M/V ASTROS (“ASTROS”) in the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet (“MR-GO” or “channel”) on June 17, 1977.
