Plaintiff Joseph Anyan sold insurance products for defendant New York Life Insurance Company (“New York Life”) from 1980 through 1999, when his contract with New York Life was terminated. Anyan alleges that defendants discriminated against him on the basis of his race and color, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
