— The Attorney General of the State of Florida, on behalf of the State, filed in the Circuit Court in and for Sumter County, an information in the nature of quo warranto against C. W. Towns, W. J. Iiooten, and I. R. Legette as supervisors of Jumper Creek Drainage District, the said information reciting:
