These three consolidated appeals, one by a New York construction contractor and two by a New York labor union local, primarily present issues concerning the rights of a consenting party and a non-party to appeal. Both the contractor, Nas-tasi & Associates Inc. (“Nastasi”), and the local, Carpenters Local 52, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (“Local 52”), are attempting to appeal the December 19, 2005, Order for an injunction issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (John Gleeson, District Judge).
