This is an appeal from an order entered in the circuit court of Cook county, allowing the claim of Abe Berkovitz for $3,358.17, against the estate of Samuel H. Weiss, deceased, on an appeal from the probate court of Cook county, where said claim had been disallowed. The above judgment was entered on an ex parte hearing under the following circumstances:
