Eleopoulos v. Dzakovich

This action was brought by Margaret Eleopoulos on behalf of her minor son, James Eleopoulos, to recover damages for personal injuries which he sustained as a result of the alleged negligent operation of an automobile by the defendant, John Dzakovich.
