Defendants Orkin Exterminating Company (Orkin) and Century 21-Baebler Realtors (Century 21) appeal from a judgment and order of the circuit court of St. Clair County awarding plaintiffs, Terry and Rondice Warren, actual and punitive damages and attorney fees for damage to their home caused by termite infestation. Plaintiffs cross-appeal as to the amount of attorney fees and costs they received. Plaintiffs also cross-appeal from a judgment in favor of defendants Robert and Karen LeMay, but request reversal and remand of that judgment only if a new trial is otherwise granted to defendants Orkin…
