Alfred Gabrielsen Company, a corporation of San Francisco, Cal., and F. H. Memhard and L. D. Memhard, a partnership of Louisville, Ky., doing business under the style of F. H. Memhard & Co., are brokers, and were known to each other to be such at all times mentioned herein. For brevity, these parties will hereinafter be referred to as appellee and appellants, respectively.
