Appeal from Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans; John St. Paul, Judge. In the matter of the succession of Helen Kranz, widow of Charles Englund. Petition by Mrs. W. B. Duncan to compel Mrs. Reinhard, testamentary executrix, to file a bond. Petition denied, and petitioner appeals.

BREAUX, C. J.

Mrs. W. B. Duncan, daughter of the late widow of Charles Englund and forced heir of her said mother, petitioned the court to. compel her sister, Mrs. Reinhard, to furnish bond to secure . her, rights to her legitime.

The defendant, Mrs. Reinhard, filed an exception to the petition for security, on the ground that a forced heir has no right to compel a testamentary executor to give bond.

She, in the same succession, in petition against Mrs. Reinhard personally, alleged that a supplementary inventory should be ordered, and that the omitted properly…
