The accused stands convicted by a general court-martial of two specifications of murder while in the perpetration of a robbery, and .one specification of robbery, in violation of Articles 118 (4) and 122, respectively, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §§ 712 and 716. The specifications charge the accused with the felony killing of Paul Eckart and Lothar Schlos-ser, German nationals, and with stealing the automobile of Eckart, against his will and by means of force and violence.
