This was an action on the case commenced by the appellee, Sarah L. Henry, as administratrix of the estate of Thomas N. Henry, deceased, against appellant, the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway Company, in the circuit court of Coles county, to recover damages for the death of her intestate, alleged to have been caused in a street crossing collision at Sixth street, in the city of Charleston, through the negligence of the appellant.
