Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered April 28, 1994 in Ulster County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of defendant.

Plaintiff negotiated for the purchase of a parcel of land in the Town of Esopus, Ulster County, upon which he intended to expand his plastics fabrication business.
