Due notices of appeal have been taken from the order of the chancellor below by the plaintiff, Shell Oil Company, as well as by defendants E. J. Jolley and Doris Jolley, and briefs have been filed before this Court by the above parties. Blanche J. Terjelian has filed her brief in support of the argument of the Jolleys, seeking to uphold the order of the chancellor denying plaintiff Shell’s application for specific performance of a certain option provision.
