— Fire insurance agents brought this action in equity for a declaratory judgment to determine their rights in the expirations of policies written by the former owner of their agency with defendant company. Defendant cross-petitioned alleging ownership of the expirations and seeking to enjoin plaintiffs from using them to procure business. The former owner of the agency intervened after plaintiffs had notified him to defend under the contract for the sale of the agency and threatened to sue him in the event they were unsuccessful in their action.
