Michael Saigh and Andrew Saigh (collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor Defendant A.G. Edwards Trust Company FSB (“AGET”) and dismissing all Plaintiffs’ claims asserted against AGET. On appeal, Plaintiffs argue the trial court erred in entering summary judgment in favor of AGET because there are genuine issues of material fact as to whether AGET (1) breached its fiduciary duties to the beneficiaries of the Rose Saigh Living Trust (“Trust”), (2) was liable for negligence, and (3) engaged in a conspiracy with William Saigh to…
