Child appeals from an order finding him within the juvenile court’s jurisdiction for conduct which, if committed by an adult, would constitute sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.427. Child assigns as error the denial of his motion to suppress incriminating statements. We review a juvenile court’s suppression ruling de novo, giving some deference to credibility determinations.
