In 1881 Willis Miller, the father of Mrs. Jane B. Kistler, executed to her and her children a deed to his entire estate. Sometime thereafter this deed was set aside by a consent decree rendered on a bill filed for that purpose by Miller. Subsequently to this, on January 8, 1885, Miller executed to P. H. Kistler, the husband of Mrs. Jane B. Kistler, a deed to the property now in controversy and known as the Freeman and Driscoll places. On December 1, 1886, Miller executed a deed to the same property to Mrs. Kistler and her children. In 1887 an execution in favor of B. H. Bigham against P. H.…
