HOOD, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Merritt, instituted this suit for damages primarily for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Merritt as the result of a collision between an automobile being driven by the latter and a pickup truck being driven by Donnie R. Walker. The suit was instituted against Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, the insurer of the Walker truck. The defendant answered and, as subrogee of the owner of the Walker truck, it filed a reconventional demand for damages to that truck.
