This was a suit to set aside a conveyance made by the appellees of the property described in the conveyance, on the ground that it was executed to hinder delay, and defraud creditors, in violation of section 20 of chapter 36 of the Compiled Laws of the territory of Arizona. The appellees, it appears, were indebted to L. Zeckendorf & Co. in the sum of about $1,500, and to the appellant in the sum of $960, and to two other creditors to the amount of about $800. The deed conveys to Albert Steinfield, of the firm of L. Zeckendorf & Co., in trust to secure the payment of the said indebtedness. It…
