In this case, which is the companion to State v. Polanco, 69 Conn. App. 169, 797 A.2d 523 (2002), Herman Diaz, one of two codefendants, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of possession of cocaine with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (a)1 and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278a (b).2 On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction and, therefore, the court improperly denied his motion for a…
