Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered August 17, 1960, convicting him, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the second degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve concurrent terms of 15 to 20 years on the robbery count and 7% to 10 years on the grand larceny count, and suspending sentence on the assault count.
