YVETTE KANE, Chief Judge.

Pending before the Court is Defendants’ collective motion for summary judgment on all of Plaintiffs claims. The motion is fully briefed and ripe for disposition. For the reasons set forth below, the motion will be granted and judgment entered in favor of Defendants.

I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND
