HUTCHINSON, Circuit Judge.
The Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”) appeals a decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in favor of appellees Anthony and Loretta Stendardo (the “Debtors”). In re Stendardo, 139 B.R. 128 (E.D.Pa.1992) (“Stendardo //”). The Debtors owned property subject to a mortgage assigned to FNMA. They later filed for bankruptcy.
