— This was an action by the appellant, in the Benton Circuit Court, against the appellees, to set aside the final settlement of an administrator. The complaint consists of two paragraphs. The first paragraph alleges, substantially, that the appellant is the son and heir at law of Evan Williams, deceased; that the appellees, Oscar Williams and Bertie Williams, are the minor children of Evan A. Williams, deceased, who was a son of said Evan Williams ; that the appellant and the appellees, Oscar and Bertie Williams, are the only heirs at law of the said Evan Williams, deceased; that the father…
