This appeal involves a challenge to an order in which the trial court enforced a judgment that was final by appeal. At issue is whether the trial court erred in determining that it lacked jurisdiction over post-mandate motions to alter the attorney’s fees awarded in the judgment, whether the trial court’s enforcement order was proper, and whether damages under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 45 should be imposed against appellant’s counsel. We affirm the trial court’s judgment and grant appellees’ motion for Rule 45 damages.
