Reversing.
In each of these actions there was a recovery in the court below by the appellee of a verdict and judgment for $7,500.00 against the appellant, as administrator of the estate of E. J. Benge, deceased, and the administrator has appealed from each of these judgments.
The decedent, Miss E. J. Benge, died childless and intestate, November 12, 1911, in Clay County, where she was then domiciled. Shortly after her death the appellant, George A. Young, was appointed and duly qualified as the administrator of her estate. The decedent was born and reared in…
