{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Robert McGregor, appeals a decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiffappellee, Safe Auto Insurance Company (Safe Auto).1

{¶ 2} On April 26, 2006, Safe Auto issued an insurance policy to Anthony Semenov. On May 31, 2006, Semenov purchased a 1999 Mercury Sable sedan. On June 28, 2006, while driving the 1999 Mercury Sable, Semenov and McGregor, his passenger, were involved in an automobile accident with Michael Taggart.
