Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), rendered February 15, 2013, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of arson in the third degree and insurance fraud in the second degree.
Defendant was charged with arson in the third degree and insurance fraud in the second degree arising from allegations that he intentionally set fire to his house in the Town of West Chazy, Clinton County and tried to obtain the insurance proceeds.
