NATURE OF THIS CONTESTED MATTER

The Government, by the United States Attorney, has, by order to show cause, in accordance with the provisions of Bankruptcy Rule 914,1 moved this Court for an order permitting access and presentation to the Grand Jury of certain documents sealed and deposited with the Clerk of this Court. These documents were sealed pursuant to a settlement agreement and protective order described more fully, infra.
