—Reversing.

Appellant instituted this action on August 19, 1910, seeking damages against appellees, Cephus Chaney, Ben t Baird, Robert Wade, members of the board of education ' of Simpson county, and Herbert Foster, superintendent of its schools. The basis of the complaint is that she was deprived by appellees of her right to perform the duties and receive the. emoluments of the position of assistant high school teacher at the Middleton High 'School.
