* Writ of error granted April 13, 1927. This is a suit instituted by appellee to set aside a certain judgment placing the custody of the minor, Terry Kennon Jones, with Mrs. R.S. Dilworth, and to obtain custody of said child for Mrs. Terry Greenlaw, the mother of the child. The court set aside the former judgment, and then rendered the following decree:

"It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the court that the custody of the minor child of said Elliott Jones and Mrs. Terry Greenlaw, formerly Mrs. Terry Jones, to wit, Terry Kennon Jones, be, and the same is, awarded to Mrs. R.S. Dilworth of…
