The Borough of Little Ferry (hereinafter referred to as the “Borough”) appeals from a judgment of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court affirming an order of a judge of the Law Division appointing commissioners in a condemnation proceeding instituted by the Bergen County Sewer Authority pursuant to B. 8. 40:36A-3'6 and B. 8. SO :1-1 et seq. It will be noted that the order was thus reviewed by a direct appeal to the Appellate Division rather than by a separate proceeding in lieu of the prerogative writ of certiorari in the Law…
