This is an appeal by appellant George Jarrett from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis which affirmed a decision of the Civil Service Commission of the City of St. Louis. The Commission had upheld the determination by the Department of Health and Hospitals (the appointing authority) to suspend and subsequently dismiss Mr. Jarrett from his *172position as an Emergency Medical Technician I in the classified service of the City of St. Louis.
