A Randall County jury found Henry Walter Wooten guilty of hindering a secured creditor 1 and assessed a five-year sentence. He appeals the trial court’s judgment of conviction. We will affirm.

Factual and Procedural History

On January 31, 2006, appellant and Amarillo Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) entered into an installment sales contract for the purchase of a 2000 Jaguar automobile.
