THIGPEN, Judge.

Brian France (“Plaintiff’) appeals from an order unsealing documents associated with the actions in this case. We find no abuse of discretion in the order of the trial court, which finds and concludes *571there has been a substantial change in circumstances. Therefore, we affirm the order of the trial court.

I. Facts
