Plaintiffs-Appellants Annie Berman and Edward Berman appeal a March 18, 2011 judgment entered by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District Court of New York (Castel, /.), following a Memorandum and Order dated March 14, 2010 dismissing their Complaint for failure to state a claim, as well as a post-judgment Memorandum and Order dated June 3, 2011 denying plaintiffs’ motion to alter or amend the judgment.
