Carley, Judge.
Appellee-plaintiff, who is an attorney and member of the bar, entered into a written contract with appellant-defendant. Under the contract, appellee agreed to represent appellant with respect to “all matters regarding sales, leases and condemnations, if any,” of certain real property belonging to appellant. (Emphasis supplied.) Appellee was to “receive as compensation for his services an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total money received ... on any sales, leases, and/or condemnations of said property.” (Emphasis supplied.)
