I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the Complaint filed by the Debtor, Lunise Paul (the “Debtor”), against the Defendant, Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC” or the “Defendant”), through which she seeks a determination that her student loan debt is dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) on the basis that repayment would impose an undue hardship on her and her dependents.
