Comes now before the court, defendant City of Jackson, Mississippi’s [hereinafter “City”] motions for summary judgment [docket # s 42, 44] accompanied by co-defendant Southern Healthcare Agency Incorporated’s [hereinafter “Southern Healthcare”] similar motion for summary judgment [docket # 45].
