—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of two counts each of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.25 [1], [3]), robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [3]) and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02 [1]) and one count of *1221assault in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.05 [6]). The charges arose from the robbery and stabbing of one victim on September 25, 1995 and the robbery and fatal stabbing of another on October 19, 1995.
