MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ZAGEL, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Brady Harden, Bertha Harden and Michelle Harden 1 , filed an amended complaint against the defendants, all of whom are Chicago police officers, seeking compensatory damages under 42 U.S.C. sec. 1983 for alleged violations of their constitutional rights as secured by the fourth, sixth 2 , and fourteenth amendments to the United States Constitution.
