HANSEN, Circuit Judge.
Christopher Todd Drapeau pleaded guilty to one count of unlawfully making a firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(f) (1994). The district court 2 sentenced Dra-peau to 120 months’ imprisonment, the statutory maximum sentence. On appeal from Drapeau’s sentence, a prior panel affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded to the district court for additional findings related to application of a three-level enhancement under United States Sentencing Guideline § 3A1.2(a) (1995) (official victim enhancement).
