Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. (“Sotheby’s”) brings this suit against The Relocation Group, LLC (“The Relocation Group”) and its part owner, Peter Rosato (collectively, the “Defendants”), seeking vacatur of an award issued by a panel of arbitrators to The Relocation Group following a dispute over the commission on a sale of property.
