MEMORANDUM — DECISION AND ORDER
KAHN, District Judge.
Plaintiff commenced this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging inter alia viola tions of his constitutional rights, false arrest, and false imprisonment. Presently before the Court are summary judgment motions by (i) defendants Juanita and Kevin O’Rourke (the “O’Rourke Defendants”), and (ii) defendants Town of Chatham, Chief Kevin J. Boehme, and Officer Michael McDowell (the “Village Defendants”). For the reasons set forth below, both motions are granted and the case dismissed in its entirety.
