M'phail v. Pktn's Nt. Det. Agy, Inc.

Argued December 16, 1938. This is an action in trespass brought by the plaintiffs against the defendant corporation, employer of the person charged with an assault on the wife plaintiff. The jury rendered verdicts in favor of both plaintiffs. The court entered judgment non obstante veredicto in favor of defendant. This appeal followed.
